Even the best of jewlery may have a slight flaw and will need repair. Since 2014 in giving gifts, donations for silent auctions, etc and sharing with family and friends I have had only a few items come back in need of repair or replacement. Replacement Policy: You may contact me to discuss your item if something is lost or there has been an accident or a spill on the item I will make another for a discounted price. Return Policy: If your item is in need of repair or replacement is due to poor quality materials then I will review with you after return examination and offer repair free of charge with free shipping.
